Bayli Segar, BSN, RN, CCTN

Wellness, Registered Nurse

What I find most rewarding about my work is helping clients feel seen and heard. I love bringing wellness and longevity medicine into their care and supporting them as they work toward healthier lives.

My approach to patient care is simple: treat others the way you’d want to be treated. I care for every patient the way I’d want my own loved ones to be cared for.

The most memorable moment in my career was moving from inpatient bedside nursing to concierge medicine. After years of caring for patients in the hospital, I now get to help people focus on prevention and longevity, working on their health goals early, not just when something goes wrong.

I stay current by reading evidence-based research and completing ongoing training on the treatments and equipment we use at Renova Total Health.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Texas Tech University School of Nursing, graduating with honors in 2019. I then spent six and a half years as a certified solid organ transplant nurse at the world’s largest medical center in Houston, and earned my Certified Clinical Transplant Nurse (CCTN) credential in 2023. I’m also certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and the NIH Stroke Scale. In 2026, I made the move to wellness nursing.

At Renova Total Health, I’m most excited about longevity medicine, especially peptide therapy and medical weight loss, and about helping each patient build a plan around their own health goals. I’m also passionate about exosome therapy and skin care treatments.
